TÜBİTAK 2209 Student Project Presentations
This event aims to provide an appropriate setting in which undergraduate students who have applied to TÜBİTAK 2209 projects can present their experiences regarding project content, application procedures, post-acceptance processes, and the academic work they conduct.
In this context, the event seeks both to provide guidance and a platform for exchange for students considering an application to the TÜBİTAK 2209 programme and to make project implementation experiences visible within an academic framework.

The π Day event organized by the BTU Department of Mathematics SIAM Student Chapter featured a talk entitled “Planar Curves and Models of Surfaces of Revolution” by Prof. Dr. Kadri Arslan, Head of the Geometry Division in the Department of Mathematics at Bursa Uludağ University.
Physics Informed Neural Networks (PINNs) for Fluid Mechanics
As part of the SIAM Student Chapter event series, a seminar entitled “Physics Informed Neural Networks (PINNs) for Fluid Mechanics” was delivered by Serkan Ayan.
The event addressed how physics-informed neural networks can be used to solve fluid mechanics problems, and current application examples were presented.
Bursa Technical University SIAM Student Chapter Introductory Event
The introductory event organized by the Bursa Technical University SIAM Student Chapter was delivered by Research Assistant Gökçen Dilaver Tunç, founder of the SIAM Student Chapter, together with faculty advisors Prof. Dr. Fatih Say and Prof. Dr. Nil Orhan Ertaş.
Short presentations on current studies in applied mathematics were delivered as part of the event.
